  1. I am strongly opposed to the proposed Mineral extraction plan. Over the years the properties in this area have been affected by RAF Leeming’s Tornado’s and the widening of the A1. My concern is that properties surrounding the proposed quarry will be devalued. The roads in and out of the village’s are not wide enough for heavy trucks and recent changes to the A1 means more traffic now have to use these small roads.
